Intimacy and/or Relationship Coaching can be done individually, or as a couple. I believe that Couples Coaching provides the best results... but if you have a resistant partner, one is better than none - and who knows what can happen when they experience the CHANGE brought on by you! Three month commitments yeild the most positive results.
